Kolarov has signed a two-year contract with the Serbian Football Association, with the primary goal of qualifying for the 2027 UEFA European Under-21 Championship.

Serbia’s U-21 team fell short of qualifying for the 2025 Euros, finishing third in their group behind England and Ukraine.
